i spent 1 week just lie down focusing on a point on the wall, once the focus is established on the point, whatever thoughts were coming i was repeating within me it's just a thought it has nothing to do with reality...and after sometime, a thought came and i said it's just a thought and the thought dropped for the first time in my life, it's been 3 years and no thought has been playing upon me, if i just look at it it drops...such a good state to be in...i can't explain...while doing it i make sure even my finger will not move a little bit just lying down comfortably in sava asana, empty stomach, just black coffee to increase focus...and on fasted state....with undiscriminatey mind, and seeing thoughts as just thought....it 100%works....nd as sadhguru says now body is the problem but no mind....
