People calling this course a scam don't know what a real scam looks like. Of course, you can get a sales job without taking a course, but why work harder when you can work smarter? If $500 is making you question life then that's the real issue. I love the program so far and I'm looking forward to updating you guys once I get hired and as I progress. So here's to being scammed lol 😂 UPDATE: I finished the course and it's everything they say it is. I've gotten 2 offers already, one while I was still taking the course. 10/10 would recommend

update is i didnt get a job in bdr role some interviews went well but not good enough to move forward to work, my program that i was in lasted for four months, i felt like i should tried harder. I am looking for another text role to get into maybe product management or project management.

Most people who got into tech sales via coursecareers had prior sales experience. I've looked at their profiles on LinkedIn and it reads like " customer service rep, sales rep( usually car), support specialist, desktop support and some I've seen were sales managers. Many of them probably weren't in the tech industry but they've sales experience in other industries. Are there any people who've gotten in without no experience? Of course! But I think it's disingenuous to say these people have no prior experience and are making close to or more than 100k. No way!

This day and age nobody is a noob my aunt has almost 70 years old uses a tablet to watch church and place Sudoku. If you have a cell phone and you know how to use it you're not a noob my 91 year old grandmother knows how to use a smartphone. She may have been knowledgeable in tech like I am I got certifications but do we understand tech sales no! When they say no experience they mean no experience in Tech sales not no experience in Tech at all.

@@qutielove2208 She had a strong background in sales and tech, it is not out of the realm of possibilities to get hired for a role that combines both, you also need to remember this is a YT channel selling their courses and this lady is a student who was hired by a company that is partnered with this YT channel's company. It pretty much unsurprising the result is being hired when you have a placement to lose. Without that partnership this would have happened

As someone who’s been in sales for 5 years, and got to where I am without a sales degree or dropping money on tacky classes like this, I can tell you that getting into sales is very doable without spending any money. This guy is just preying on people like you and taking advantage of the huge hiring spree that tech companies are going on right now. All of the information he gives can be found online for free, you don’t need a piece of paper from “Course Career” to get a job. A lot of sales professionals laugh at this stuff, he’s a predator - granted he’s making money, but for the wrong reasons. My s/o is a sales recruiter and she’s spoken with people who have “graduated” from his “program”, and 9/10 of them have no clue about anything related to sales. They have practically stopped interviewing them. If you want sales advice or any advice on how to get started, DM me. I’ll give it to you for free.

This is so misleading. I know for a fact she’s not making 100k+. Realistically might pull 60k-70k her first year. Which is still decent money for a starting position, but creating this false narrative about making 100k entry level isn’t helping anyone. You’re setting people up for failure by giving them unreasonable expectations.

@@lukasg9031 oh it’s fantastic for a starting salary. Especially in lower income areas like I live in. There’s just so many people that get sold on the six figure dream and then they think they did something wrong when they only make 60k. Keep working for a few years and you’ll make 100k. Just not right out of the gate. And a 100k OTE doesn’t mean you’ll make 100k. You’ll probably only make 60% of your quota.

Hey sorry to hear you are upset. $100k is possible starting you have to include OTE + commissions and not just base salary. We know it's hard to believe! That is why we provide these stories.

It's not, keep researching! I graduated from the program back in august, landed an SDR role 2 weeks later, and been in tech sales since.

I'm not even against coursecareers but you can get an SDR/BDR role without it. I was getting interviews offers and I barely have much sales experience, especially b2b one. The most important skill for a BDR to have is communication both written and verbally. As long as you're willing to stay on the phone with different people and can communicate well, I'd say apply for it.
