Story is great so far but im a bit confused why it was written that the tamer mark is meant to show its a tamed beast but everyone is questioning him. ts quite clear from the drawings that the beast marks are very clearly visible. As shocked as one might be, the logic of the place is that those beast marks should bring the certainty of the beast being tamed, so they shouldn't be questioning so much surely? Oh found out the big ones need to have a collar.. although again, this then brings round the question of the tamer mark. did i misunderstand something? is it just for the beasts to differentiate eachother instead? so can the people not see it?
