I have checked the list but my laptop is missing from it. Its a X1 Neo laptop XL22, i have no audio for the past 2 yrs after clean installing windows and Infinix never helped me, the service centre peeps are only bothered about hardware problems, they have no idea about software.

Bro i purchase infinix y4 max i5 13th gen (blue colour ) laptop from Flipkart and i used only 5 days but i feel static current (vibration) on upper lid body only when laptop is connected to the charger. Cool, but I am not facing any static issue. It could be because of earthing problem in your house wiring or something. For now you can ask the customer care guys to check the charging adaptor. That could be a faulty one also so replacing it under warranty would be a good idea. So you have to test it in different ways. My laptop is still working perfectly fine. I am not facing any issues till now.

bought inbook x2 last year. i5 with iris xe. at first I say it was value for money... but it did not last compared to my previous hp laptop 6yrs and counting ryzen3... so last week, my infinix inbook x2 stopped charging and after 3 days it did not turn on even when plugged in. went to a computer tech, he told me there was a voltage drop when it powers the screen during boot up and suspects my power chip for the screen is defective now we are waiting for the chip to arrive. Really not a good value for money, dont buy this brand.

but the thing is, buying from a legacy brands make it easy to find third party replacement parts even after laptop's manufacturing cycle ends.

Yes but check the experience of that guy who I mentioned has bought both type of brand's laptops, I have linked his tweet in description. You'll see how even big brands don't value their customers as much. They charge a huge sum on parts price when they are supposed to provide value.

sent them an email regarding the unavailability drivers for y4 max laptop too, but they didn't reply Well now that the drivers show up I got no problem But still they really did not reply I sent them 2 or three emails and not a single one got a reply. When I sent an email to acer regarding some issues, they replied to my email immediately (a few hours after i sent). I think that's the difference between the "well established brand" and a "new brand"🤔 Support are the only issues with these brands like techno, infnix, honor etc

The first generation Infinix X1 laptop is a trial run. The hinge is very bad, it breaks easily, the SSD is easily corrupted. I suggest replacing a good SSD, don't use the default one. before you regret like me. And don't be tempted by cheap prices

Hello KTNTECH. I brought infinix GT book. From the beginning i have no audio speaker realy. I have tried to download every relative driver including GT drivers from Carlcare and install from the internet. Also looked for drivers from windows. No luck. Senary is the audio thats intalled in this computer and my computer is not recognising nor showing the device. When I checked it is in the hidden devices but not working. Please need help.

This could very well be a hardware issue. Should have returned it on day 1. Now you can contact their service team and claim warranty on it. Hopefully they fix it

Ah yeah I get that. But I think if you keep facing issues with replacements, you can claim for refund so not to worry. Also before buying my infinix laptop I searched about it and saw a lot of issues but I took the risk and bought it myself. Surprisingly till date, did not face any issues on my unit.

Automatically restarted? Was it a sudden black screen? Sometimes when it updates the graphics drivers in the background, pc/laptop needs a restart. That's normal.

I am in a shift now.m will update the drivers after my shift gets over..otherwise theres a risk of me losing rdp connection, audio drivers etc.. I will keep you updated.. Will seek help if required.. Please do suggest if there are issues

First of all, if it's giving you issues right out of the box. Instead of updating drivers or anything like that I would suggest request for a replacement at first. Check if the issue appears on the next unit as well.

@@KTNTECH Its been more than 7 days now so it cannot be replaced man! it was working fine but just went black suddenly and restarted.. i have updated the drivers now.. will keep an eye.. hope it does not create any issues again
