It's mind boggling that they do this because they don't want to pay for a license, for registration and insurance. But the costs of dealing with all their shenanigans in court is vastly MORE expensive for them. How do they not see that, or understand that????? It's cheaper just doing things the right way.

I’ve had a vehicle totaled by a drunk uninsured driver and it was a hassle. The state provides monies for uninsured drivers but it’s less than half the value of your vehicle. I was so bummed out because I had just had my car painted and I received less than what I paid for my paint job 😢 This was yrs ago

That was unfair. He was just trying to weigh out his options and have the case dismissed. The Judge stereotyped him as an ordinary criminal that's just trying to be manipulative, but the 60+ looking year old man was rightfully frustrated and not trying to take a plea deal or go to trial. Whatever happened to freedom of speech? I hope that he doesn't spend a day in jail, because of a non-violent disagreement.
