No Elastic 💥 No Zipper 💥 You don't need to be a seamstress to sew this skirt. Very Easy Pocket Skirt Cutting and Sewing/How can it be that easy? very easy flared skirt cutting and sewing, how to sew a flared skirt with pockets Our formula is very easy waist ÷ 4 The measurements I gave can be used up to size 44. Our waist size is 4. The waist size I work with is 80 cm. 80 ÷ 4 =20 cm I prepared a 20 cm template and divided it into 3 equal parts, then I opened it as much as I wanted on 4 layers of fabric and my skirt appeared. It's very easy for anyone to sew, you can also work with a zipper if you want. Elastic No Zipper No very easy flared skirt sewing.I used double width 200 cm stamp fabric, it can be sewn with almost all fabrics.

Very skilled Seamstress. Beautiful design. But I would have loved to see the skirt fitted on a real model (a person) to actually see how does it get adjusted to the waist and how do you tie and secure the bands. Without this the tutorial is incomplete. But I do praise the lady for her skills and disposition for teaching others. Thank you! Edit: Nevertheless I liked and subscribed!😊😊

The side opening needs to be sdjusted to fit your particular measurements . Not everyone's bust hip waist messurrments are less than 10 inches apart. Not only that but the hem.will be wonky ifsde out of a woven becsuse bias vs strsight grain. It's really not a good beginner project in woven fabric.

@@susanpendell4215 No, this is not a "bias" skirt. I'm with you, only a literal toothpick shape can wear a bias cut design and look stylish. Everyone else just looks ..."yikes!" Anytime a cut is made that crosses into or over a bias (corner to corner) area, most fabric types will sag at the ham a bit or a few inches. I used to wear a lot of full circle skits in the 80's. I had to pin them to a hanger for a few days to allow the unhemmed edge to hang (stretch). Then I could even-up the hem (cut off the sag) for a perfect finished hemline. (Hanging in a humid area helps the process...like a bathroom.) Side note: this skirt is not a good pattern. It needs to be reworked . A lengthened waistband with large buttonhole added in yhe right area as a pass through guide (perpendicular) so the tie can be threaded through it. This allows the "bow" to lay flat, not gape as seen. The pockets are improperly placed as well, too low. I'd lose the pockets all together; they affect the line of the body...unless you only intend to carry an index card (flat) item.

Юбка хорошая, но без замка или ,,молнии,, , кто как называет, носить не очень удобно. Во-первых видно будет нижние белье, во-вторых сильно маленький разрез чтобы надеть юбку.

Beautiful and easy to make but... How can it fit different sizes? If your waist is bigger, the side opening just under the waistline will not close properly, even when it's tied everyone will see the opening under the knot. I like it and will make one for myself, only need to change the measurements because I'm small and that's too big for me! 😍
