I started following her on LinkedIn 1 year back and was amazed at how grounded she was and made learning just so easy because honestly speaking... with a long career gap, a poor to average academic background that in turn lead to a low self-esteem and confidence levels and, most importantly, no roadmap having failed a lot in my efforts, I didn't think I could EVER do anything in life.
