Hey Jordan, this is an amazing workout!! I am already doing something similar. Will add some of these exercises for sure. Btw I always thought I was eating enough and was disappointed because my weight stagnated. Then I got my first diet plan created from Nextlevel Diet. I realised that my previous food intake was way below my needs, although I thought I'm good. At the beginning it was hard to eat 3500 kcal in a day, but I got used to it. I started noticing real gains and it felt amazing. I wish I'd understood the importance of diet earlier.

I do your Level 5 30 Minute Explosive Bodyweight Workout every 2 days, and in between I do more like chest and abs focused workouts since I don't have access to any equipment at the moment. Do you think that's a good plan to build more muscle? I sometimes think the Level 5 is more cardio or making me thinner, correct me if I'm wrong!

I’ve been following your fat burning routine for 6 months now. I’ve lost 10kg for that. However I can’t even complete push-up workout set 2. My arms are too weak. How to deal with this? What exercise should I do to build up the arms strength?

Your best bet if you want to try more pushups is daily or every other day go to failure with the amount of pushups u can do this will let be able to do more pushups and increase your strength

Since more than a year I am following your workouts on the app 3 - 5 times a week, and i am still amazed by the variety of exercises (without gym, without equipment). Two weeks ago app stopped to record my workouts. Any reason behind? Did you stop this feature or is it a mistake from the app?
