This was a Rally/ Protest to show support for farmers in India who have gotten their farming rights taken away. Farmers have swarmed India's capital where they have been camp out for weeks now to protest new agricultural laws that they say could destroy their livelihoods. Modi (Prime Minister) has passed a law that takes away the MSP (Minimum sale price) for all crops produced by farmers. No Farmers No Food. India is the world's largest producer of milk, pulses and jute, and ranks as the second largest producer of rice, wheat, sugarcane, groundnut, vegetables, fruit and cotton which make it a global issue not just for farmers in India.

Come on man, there is no religious movement. Go to Puniab and see what work majority is doing. Everything in Punjab is based on agriculture. There is no other industry. Tamil Nadu is totally different infrastructure wise and education wise. Punjab has only one thing and that is farming. Haryana was the same until Gurgaon and rest of the area was developed. Please don't relate this with religion. I know we have our own religous fanatics who are trying hard to promote Khalistan but they are hardly 1% of our religion. The problem is they are given more importance by media. No Farmer wants khalistan, they just want their rights.
