Ok my wife has done it. Freaking incredible, you are a true master, this cake is amazing. The only modification we have done is replace the sugar with erythritol.Also used maple syrup instead of corn syrup which we couldn't find in our supermarket. For me the best chocolate cake I have ever eaten. You have made baking an art.

I would have attempted to bake this but if i go to the supermarket to buy these ingredients it would cost me more than it would normally cost me to buy a cake from a bakery. totally agree. it's the attention to detail during editing too. the loud sounds like mixing with the electric mixer are lowered, the movements are slow and not rushed. it's like meditation for me :D
