Awesome video man! I just got a bike after not having one for about 8 years since I moved from Canada to Florida. Stoked to see there's nice trails down here, very excited to go ride over there and get back to it!

@@neaultboundaries109 There is a campground right at Alafia. You gotta book in advance. If you're gonna camp though, I 'd wait until December.

@@coreymtb thank you. yeah camping in Florida in the summer is really not my favorite thing to do! But I’ll look into it for next winter.

@@coreymtbWhat kind of running do you do bro? Long distance or sprints?
@coreymtb Жыл бұрын
‘Distance’ with sprint intervals mixed in so 1mile at 6:15 pace, .5 mile at 5:45 pace, keep alternating like that. Always tying to spike my heart rate near 100% before coming back to 80%.

Don’t forget Ridgeline at Boyette. Bet you wished you had the e-bike on these trails. 😂 this is my backyard. Ride here or Balm Boyette once a week the entire year. 🥵 🤙🤙 thanks for the coverage. Sick lines! 🙌

@@coreymtbawesome! Sounds like you have a rough life. 😂 Do you know JJ? Carlos at UBC works on my bikes and Casey from AJs used to work on them, so I know the history of what these guys and Darren have been through to get these trails to where they are at… They all have contributed to the bike community for decades! Not that others didn’t too, but they our the founders. 😂 Do you know Steve from Vorsprung? He has amazing aftermarket suspension upgrades? I can’t ride like you anymore: I have brain damage and my balance is off, my back is cooked with spinal stenosis and herniated discs, etc., etc. I’ve had my shares of injuries out there, but nothing like some of the other guys. A friend of mine recently broke his hip in 2 places and laid there at Moonscape and they air lifted him out of there, the list goes on. Be safe! 😮 I’m 49 been on a MTB since my teens first bike was a Cannondale Killer V with Girvin fork with the coil. 😅Somehow I’ve never been able to stay off the trail. Anyways, I hope to see you on the trails. But you definitely will not see me on double blacks and most blacks. I’m just thankful I can still ride my bike and no I don’t ride an e-bike! I’m on a custom Ripmo 10k build. Way more than I need but I love bikes! 😂🤙🤙

Would you recommend getting a full suspension enduro bike? Im wondering if it will be okay for those punchy climbs, but also so i can take it up north to go fast downhill
@coreymtb10 ай бұрын
An enduro bike is overkill for Florida. I'm on a Stumpjumper (non evo) in most of the videos on the channel. Great all around bike.
