I was in Iraq in 2009. I had this overwhelming feeling that I was going to die there. I looked up at the sky, and there was a vulture/buzzard circling above my head. I looked down and kept walking. Suddenly I heard a thud in the sand behind me. The bird had dropped dead out of the sky when I walked under it. I took that as a sign I was going to be okay. The symbol of death just dropped dead behind me, so that was a no fricking way moment.

So it comes around again and for some reason they were late and they had to stand in the back ...Well it turns out to be one of the worst air show disasters of all time and parts of the jet landed exactly where they usually stand ....Killed a lot of ppl ...Sad my lady was like 13 and was looking at her dad and said he saw his “face change “ he just picked them up and ran ....

Always HIT. THE. DEER. You are more likely to seriously hurt yourself or worse. I know this seems inhumane, but you see in the story that the deer ran off once it was freed. And no they don't always survive the crash, but would you rather hit the animal that you can see, or swerve into a deep ravine or into a tree? *Side note* for the record, I'm auto claims adjuster, and I've handled my fair share of deer strike claims. 🤷🏾♀️

5:55 a footnote: if FD/EMT arrives after about 5 minutes, the "rescuer" will be on oxygen and maybe transported due to the strenuous work of CPR. we're not talking hollywood/TV CPR--it results in fractured ribs dislocated sternum, and lung punctures/laceration, cardiac rupture. if you don't hear bone cracking, you're not doing it correctly. the survival rate IS less than 10%. the next time you hear a hospital announce "Code Blue", pray. drive safe, everyone.

Several years ago my ex bf got fast food for he and I on our lunch break. We would park at a park down the street. So we are sitting in the car eating and all of a sudden we hear "put your hands up!" We look behind us and there are several cops with their guns pointed at us. We look at each other, with our burgers in the air, like wth? The cops get closer and got a better look at us and realize they got the wrong people. Someone had just robbed a bank nearby and my Honda fit the description. A few years ago I was in a queue in a Waitrose that was next door to a theatre. A woman was buying custard apples, and I started asking her about them as I'd never even known anyone who'd eaten one. She was very nice, and I was thinking, wow, she's really got a Toyah Wilcox look going on, nice to see someone who's still into her, too! Woman gets out her card to pay, and she's actually Toyah Wilcox (probably appearing at the theatre). Being British, I was immediately embarrassed that she probably thought I was being a fan girl on her down time...

And I mentioned something that sparked her memory. My mother's paternal side of the family was involved in some incredibly criminal activity out in southwest Kansas. And the volunteer coordinator knew a few of the details already because it was in the papers (something I didn't know). Anyway, we were both shocked by what the other knew 😅

One time I was telling my friend about how my cousin was coming from across the country to visit. Must be quite the small universe, because we were able to deduce that he was actually friends with my cousin through Playstation Network. My cousin who lived across the country and, until that point, I was unaware that he had a Playstation, and out of all of the people on Playstation Network, my best friend was friends with him. That is the single best example I can come up with that could convince me that some higher power exists in this universe, and it really likes to mess with people. That one event is keeping me at least a tiny bit agnostic.

I usually get a few dreams that all I can say are creepily realistic as I somehow end up in a very similar situation which I would then feel a sense a deja vu. The one dream that hit my suspicions so hard was in 2018. I still vividly remember it to this day. In the dream, I was shopping in the city of Edmonton with my parents and 2 other family friends, who were my best friend’s parents. We then came to a sudden stop when we met up with my Mom and best friend’s Mom who were crying after some news that another family friend had died. Fast forward a month later. My parents and I went to Edmonton for an open house from the University I was planning to apply at the time. After the event, we coincidentally met up with my best friend (who was a student from a different Uni) and his parents who was visiting him, and so we decided to go shopping before heading back home. Halfway through the process of buying new shoes and clothes, my Dad, best friend’s Dad, and I came across Mom and best friend’s Mom who were crying after the sudden news that another family friend of ours (whom I considered a close Uncle) had got into a terrible car accident. That night, he died. Since then, any sort of dream I encounter that I consider to be realistic would be treated as a warning, sort of a glimpse to the future... Somehow, this happened again 2 more times.

Only ONE person saw me do something so cool, I was mad about that.

I think this might be a confusing way to explain this. Anyway. I lived in Brisbane, Australia from 2000-end of 2009 (basically 9 years of my life lmao), moved to Singapore for 4 years, so I finished primary school there and started the first year of high school there. My secondary (high) school, well it was all schools there I guess, it's mandatory for students to participate in a co-curricular activity. I decided to join concert band. In concert band I met this girl in the grade above me who played saxophone in the band. End of the year I moved back to Brisbane, Australia. Flash forward to this year, I bump into her at a sephora. You'd think she would've gone to like Sydney, Perth or Melbourne to study and stuff. But nah, she moved to Brisbane from Singapore. Not the first time I've bumped into someone I met in Singapore here. First time was 2018, family friend, was at a club (back when we could dance, the fun). Second time was last year, friend from secondary school came for her brother's graduation and I randomly reached out and was like "hey, wanna catch up?" And so we did.

So there's this crazy person in our town. He's homeless, begs for money, eat food from garbage cans and sleeps in public places. He even sometimes do weird things like dancing on the middle of a road. He's friendly and nice though so we sometimes give food and money and talk to him sometimes.. Then one day, we saw the guy boarding a military chopper. Turned out he's a military intelligence agent spying on a local terrorist organization.. Freakin unreal.. Now everytime I see a beggar on the street, I always consider the chance that they might be secret agents..

I was 12 and climbing up a cliff wall in a gravel pit in my hometown. There are other kids there and one of them leaves his bmx in the gravel ten feet below where I’m climbing. I’m reaching for the next place to get a hand grip when the whole face of the cliff where I’m climbing gives way. I tumble backwards and in my head I’m thinking either that bicycle is going to break my back or I’m going to spend the rest of summer in a cast. I brace to hit it but all I feel is gravel and ground tumbling around me. When it stops I open my eyes and I’m ten feet downhill from the bicycle. I somehow hit the gravel first and managed to roll right under the bicycle and kept rolling down the hill.
