idk if it's a bug but sometimes the turret won't shoot even if it's healed and screams heal, even if it's healed then it doesn't do anything. happens like half the time pretty weird

Does need to spend a fixed amount of health points per shot. Could it be getting healed for less than the amount needed?

So what does 5MMM means tho? Is it like fully upgraded all skills and EX?

Yes, lvl 5 ex and all 10 skills (maxed)

The ones above already explained, but just to be sure it's something like this: 5MMM stands for the order of skills. 5 is de EX and each M is the Maxed skill in the corresponding position the skills are; Basic skill> Enheced skill> Sub skill. (It's possible that the skill's names are wrong since i don't remember right now, but you get the idea, sorry for any grammar issues. I'm not that familiar with english writing system)
