He could easily be with 40dmg per shot he just has a very high skill cieling

idk about that he's hitscan and projectile, has inv frames and can melt tanks with his ult, best of all worlds

@@TheRhalf his ult is one of the worst in the game what are you talking about lol, and his energy bar take too damn long to charge one to evendo anything other than firing his smg + no vertical mobility (almost) unlike 90% of the flanks
