What ive found while making my own ac/csp presets (i have a pretty old system that stuggles with fps on shuto) if you struggle with fps go into your csp settings and disable Extra FX it gives me a massive fps boost and also what you can do is look for Graphical Adjustments and look for the option Adaptive Clip Planes and lower the 2 values in the Far plane, m:, I cant confirm if this helps on all systems but it sure does help on mine :) maybe ill post my presets one day when im done with em :D

It's AC which is also console game as far as I know, but modded so I do not think it'll be on consoles.

No Hesi runs on a mod client so it can access things like third-party shaders and modded cars/tracks, so unfortunately it's not available on console (as far as I know at least). We're stuck with vanilla servers on console AC.

@@realjoshuaW I actually don't like the way the Wangan arcade versions feel, it feels to arcadey. I played the PS3 "Wangan Midnight" (Imported from Japan) with a Logitech G27. Only the paddle shifters work and no clutch, but it's still very fun. Only that specific game has a mechanism where you can't just go full throttle for too long else the engine will overheat. Mods will help it not overheat too fast depending, but massive power upgrades will also lead to quick overheating. Ways to avoid it is to up shift a little earlier, backing off the throttle, it's pretty interesting. The physics feel more realistic vs the arcade versions in the arcade places.
