Hey Kaleb. Gonna try to keep it short😂. 1st home neat elevation. Great space between homes. Beautiful floors. Agreed 1st bedroom small. 1/2 bath in it is different. Split floor with 2 bedrooms and bathroom. Beautiful kitchen indeed. Ok size pantry. Big primary. His/her closet. Linen closet 🙌🏼. En-suite on the small side but works. Covered lanai and lovely yard for a pool. 2nd home basic elevation. Nice and open. Good size primary. Unique shelving in the closet. Beautiful kitchen. Backsplash a bit busy but nice. Laundry. Nice hall bathroom to service 3 bedrooms. Covered lanai. Nice huge backyard. Big pool. 3rd home love a circular driveway. $1.395 mil 🤦‍♀️? The street needs repaving. Odd entry. Appreciate that 1/2 bath right by that unique door to the pool. Lovely open concept. Cozy kitchen/dining. Ok size primary. Nice closet. Beautiful en-suite. Good size bedrooms. Nice laundry. Lovely backyard. Huge pool. Fenced. I like. 1 & 3 my favs. Thanks for sharing 🤗

I liked the second house, but I still feel it's too expensive. The third house is way above my pay grade. I do, however, prefer a lake or something like that with the backyard. Love your videos, Caleb. 💙

Love the first home with its big lot size. Great pantry space. Primary closets are plenty big for Florida weather. Wish it had a pool. Homes 2 and 3 have some great renovations. Three gems, for sure!

House 1, appears to be a great buy…not sure about the wood-look TILE flooring though. House 2, and 3, are very, very overpriced. Really disappointed with both of them. Houses 2 and 3 really make house 1 look more desirable for the cost. Thanks, Kaleb! 🤘🏻🇺🇸

I love the 1st house but even better if that was in Orlando area. House 2 was ok. House 3 location is amazing but too many different stones and tiles and as expected in Windermere, I can't afford it. Love the big lot. The main road needs to be fixed.
