The real minorities r jains Sikhs jews parsis Buddhists who individual r less than 2% of population on average but r discarded by secular opposition who say Muslims whose population ranges from 15% to 70% from area to area r minorities which is fraud on Indian secularism and misleading Hindus jains Sikhs jews parsis Buddhists. Muslims r not in danger but real danger is to Sikhs jains Buddhists jews parsis Hindus who r cheated by so called pseudo secularism to help appease Muslims for votes.. The above is fact. Well there are many instances where the Judiciary is showing itself to be incapable in carrying out it's duty.. the case on Electoral Bonds which is pending for several years is a decisive one for democratic manner of election, yet the SC said in 2019 that it was too close for the election year to take up and postponed it, pretty sure it'll say the same statement in 2024 as well, similarly cases on 'Pegasus' and Art 370, CAA/NRC, PMCares, etc all are languishing. Not to mention disdained use of UAPA laws and even recently the SC upheld the provisions carried out by ED, it overlooked the right against Self-incrimination [Art 20(3)], so violation Art 20(3) is not unconstitutional by the ED 😅 what a slap on justice and democracy 👍

Yes, I heard him speaking yesterday, and it was a great insight into whatever is happening inside our highest court. Now It is very clear how the Gujarat roit was investigated, and how Modi got a clean chit from the SIT. The very supreme court did not ask the obvious questions to the SIT. In this manner, the court offered a safe passage to people who would otherwise be in Jail. No Faith In The Supreme Court Now.
