if i could, i would stop immediately the diffusion to the public, just like nuclear technology, with extremely harsh penal punishment, and restrict the use for international, extremely controlled, cross checked laboratories exclusively for non profit basic research like medicine, math, etc. Any kind of military, financial, political, social control application would be banned istantaneously.

Yeah, stuff like this & OpenAI's advanced voice with video is crazy cool but scary at the same time
