That's true about the waivers.... I applied last year and got admitted with partial funding.... Though I couldn't go because the course was expensive even after the funding... I'll reapply for another course with more funding this year

So, I also applied last year, got to the final stage of the interview for Ph.D. I was on que for several month until April when I got the love letter. The professor said, it's been long I finished school that he's research is math's heavy, that he will recommend me to his fellow professors I mentioned in my SOP. His recommendation was that I should try and do any course or master's program to check my intellectual capability.
