Missions forcing weak teams or huge stipulation, I gladly use items. I do plan on doing no item runs, with REAL team later. The Str option I used was transforming Super Buu. These were indeed challenging, even with items! Funny enough: EZA Goku Black did quite well for me here. He triple and quad supered quite a bit...albeit he was hidden, but hey he was there dealin some crits I guess!

31:25 absolutely the strongest I've ever seen the duo 17's in one turn. That many super attacks and dodging the attacks? If that was them normally they might not be as disliked.

the way trunks' gauge works is that each turn it fills by a super large amount, every attack you do will lower the gauge a little bit, if the gauge is full when the turn ends trunks transforms. This makes it so that building additionals/bringing units that do alot of additionals are good against this trunks as it can delay his transformation for quite a while. for my run Piccolo JR was a super clutch unit as his constant additionals prevented trunks from transforming for 5 turns meaning by the time he transformed i only had to do 1 more turn of damage to kill him.

My first clear using the 8th anniversary LR's, I almost killed him in his INT phase due to all the additionals. Then I did it with the extreme team and he transformed on like turn 2 😂. Actually worked in my favor though since I was running STR Super Buu and he was able to tank alright with type advantage.

Being honest, I think the best extreme str unit is the old janemba. Not because he can 20 million Crit, and have 1k defence. He has high dodge change, plus increasing chance per dodge. Apart from piccolo jr. Fusion zamasu and agl samazu he was super super solid (btw I went full dodge on hidden potential so that also helped)

Day 16 can you make a video on what the game should improve on and put in a survey. Some ideas to use •showing defense stat when super attacking and being attacked •actually showing percentages of dodge/crit/additional instead of a number •showing if guard has activated •skip summon button •skip animation button for intros and actives like supports memories theres some i wanna watch and some I don’t •changing it to where the same name characters should link to together as long as there not the exact same unit •improving/reworking the other game modes like world tournament, burst mode, pattern battle, etc. Lastly a cope one but changing gt bosses and movie bosses to gt villains and movie villains and fixing the dragon ball saga to add 23rd wt. just like you i love this game and the qol updates have been few and far between these ideas would benefit new players and vets alike

Yeah, there aren’t a ton of Extreme STR options that are incredibly viable for this stage. I ended up throwing STR Kid Buu on my TEQ Zamasu team for this particular fight and ended up winning, but it was not exactly fun to work around. Also brought PHY EZA Omega too, and he did a pretty good job of holding his own in the first phase.

PHY Omega can be ran without a proper leader skill because TEQ Zamasu gives Extreme Class allies 150% to ATK & DEF and 3 Ki anyways. However, for this particular mission my team ended up being STR LR GT Duo as leader, TEQ LR Fusion Zamasu, INT Majunior, PHY Omega, STR Kid Buu, and AGL Zamasu.

I brought STR transforming Buu and he did surprisingly well. Takes about 100k the first hit but when his DEF after being hit kicks in it's double digits. Also my strat was letting Trunks transform as soon as possible because STR typing is the weakest link, as PHY Trunks you at least have type advantage.

I ran this exact team but for STR I used UR Super Buu. My rotations was LR Teq Zamasu and AGL UR Zamsu and my other rotation was LR Teq Zamasu and Phy UR Zamasu. I had INT UR Zamsu, INT Piccolo Jr, and STR Super Buu floating. Of course I had items so it was easier lmao

I won't lie. Extreme Units (except Teq, int and AGL zamasu) just being flat out weaker than all super class units is only half of why this mission took me almost 2 hours to beat. It's also the fact that despite being ok with basically every red zone fight, this trunks doing 2.345 Million damage supers is fucking bullshit in my opinion. It's one of the buggest gripes I have with Dokkan at the moment. They're creating units that are supposed to work (in int goku black's case, "work") in different types of content, but force feeding us events where the boss does 600-700K damage normals and 2.5 million damage supers. It's become so unfun. Red zones? Fine. This bullshit? Nah

Zamasu is a villain so knowing omatsu he won't get any buffs and the blue boys are liquid shit until they transform which takes too long to do. Honestly I don't know, Gohan is good but he can't tank pre super and trunks gets destroyed before the standby
