ABOUT DDUGKY
DDUGKY (Deen Dayal Grameen Kaushalya Yojana) Skill Training and Job Placement Program is one of the ambitious project and initiative of the Central Govt. of India, Under Ministry of Rural Development.
The basic aim of the DDUGKY Skill Training is to reach out to the poor and marginalized youth of the rural villages who probably lack opportunities and provide them FREE of cost job skill based training under various courses including FREE Hostel facilities ( Fooding and Lodging) and place them in suitable jobs at the end of their training.
Today in India, where almost 61% of the youth population lives in rural villages with marginal or no source of income at all, the Government sponsored DDUGKY Skill Training Program is playing a great role in boosting up the employment generation and securing the future for our rural youth.
This DDUGKY Skill Training Program has been implemented all over the India by the Ministry Of Rural Development and is monitored in respective states by State Rural Livelihood Mission. The training is open to all boys and girls in the age group of 18-35 years.
In Nagaland also, the DDUGKY Skill Training Program is monitored by the Nagaland State Rural Livelihood Mission (Department of Rural Development, Govt of Nagaland) with various training centres running under it in the state.

ECentric Solutions Pvt Ltd has been one of the significant training partners with the Nagaland State Rural Livelihood Mission in implementing the DDUGKY Rural Skill Training Program in the state. Since its official inception in Dimapur, on the 25th September 2018, eCentric Solutions is dedicated unceasingly in reaching out to the least developed group of the society and bringing changes to their lives.
Skill Courses at eCentric Solutions (DDUGKY):
Customer Relationship Management and Data Entry Operator (IT-ITES based Skill Course).
Course duration:
(4+2) “Four months” of classroom training with “Two months” of on job training.
NB:
Today, the youths mostly do not get jobs due to demand of experience from the employer and as such they are not selected and have to find other odd jobs to survive. However, when the candidate is certified with specialised skills in the job that he is interested, it is like having the experience and knowing about the job that he /she wishes to apply and opens the door of opportunities.
