1 tea glass of granulated sugar (130 g)
80 g melted butter (3 level tablespoons)
1 packet of vanilla
juice of 1 lemon
2 eggs
1 teaspoon turmeric (or yellow food coloring)
300 g flour (2 cups)
Half a packet of baking powder (5 g)
For the cream:
1 egg yolk
A little less than 1 tea glass of granulated sugar
1 tablespoon of starch
40 g milk (half a glass)
60 g lemon juice (1 cup)
lemon zest
