Because most people like the directions and heads up that I do firing each dance routine and if I put music over it (Like in this one), unfortunately I lose my instructions 🤷‍♀️ So I do both :) hopefully my voice isn’t too annoying 😜

Most of the videos for me are "this video is not available". I do these workouts all of the time and I love them! Such a good workout and so much fun! Just gutted I miss out on a few videos that I'd like to try.. like this one!
