I have suffered from a brain cancer called Chordoma. It has a high chance of recurrence. When it does come back, it becomes more and more difficult to be treated and most don't survive. From my cancer experience, I had developed an anxiety disorder. I could not help but constantly think about my condition and could not sleep for countless nights. I searched internet throughout the nights for positive information, but no luck. This is until God showed up to me one night. He spoke to me that my cancer is forever gone, and I don't need to worry. From that moment on, I never worried ever again about my cancer coming back. I have been cancer free for 13 years. Thank you Lord.

My father did his best to be a dad to me until he came home one night drunk on a visit and hit abused me. That happened when I was 9, then 6 years later he got murdered. I was 15, you can imagine how confused I was right? Anyways I was addicted to sex that lead me to horrible men who thought I was worthless, ended up being raped, and gotten into an abusive relationship with someone I thought I loved. I got out of that last October and since then my family took me in, they were waiting for me to come home. I was a slave to fear and the devil for 6 years, but this year has been life changing. I still have a lot to work on mentally, but god has proven to me that I’m worth being alive. Out of the 6 years I tried to attempt suicide, being with that guy for two years getting abused was the most I ever tried to attempt suicide. I either tried or I was waiting for him to kill me because the whole situation already isolated my family and friends so I thought I didn’t matter anymore. I am so grateful to be alive and that I have a father like God that loves me. ❤️

I was diagnosed with terminal cancer the doctors found in my head, spine, lungs, prostate and neck. After a heavy night of prayer and miraculous healings the doctors were amazed at the healing that had taken place. They kept saying after each follow up test they couldn't find any cancer. I struggle with anxiety and occasional panic attacks. Whenever I face a particularly anxiety inducing situation, I like to turn this song on and God's peace immediately floods over me. God hasn't taken away/healed my anxiety or depression but He has endlessly and repeatedly showered me with the peace and joy that comes only from Him. When I can experience this peace, I can view my mental illness as a blessing. Yes it's a struggle but I am experiencing in excess the peace and joy only the Lord can give.

Go to a church (find a spiritual father) who can disciple you with the word of god and start reading the Word (bible) .., you will be strong on your own. love of god needs to be revealed to you afresh (Its says " My words are spirit and life" , it says " word of god builds you up and give you an inheritance").... sorry i cannot give you a quick fix... this the only way that works

God is always WILLING - Through your own relationship with god Or though someone else s relationship. World is used to quick fixes...... But to find the one who gave it all for you, you need to seek beyond your comfort zone. Its all worth it. That is why the "Spirit word" is Important"

I already have a relationship with God and that's what I need to live a fulfilling life. I don't need or want to be "fixed". People with mental illnesses do not need to be "fixed." Coping with my illness because of God is more of a testament to his love than if I were to be "fixed."

During the first week my husband of almost 16 years told me that for him the marriage is over. That was the beginning of the darkest journey I have ever walked and I have been through a lot of storms. Glory to God in the highest! I am no longer a slave to the fears that kept me bound for 35 years. For 18-21 years of that bondage I was addicted to opiates. At 35 the good Lord saw fit to save me and give me sight. I took heroin and opiates for another 2 years but in my heart I knew Christ Jesus and then one day I drove to DC to get my daily drugs and there I was met by 2 missionaries in a parking lot behind a methadone clinic. After I went and bought dope I walked back to my car. These 2 young men were loading their trunk and I apologized for parking in their church parking lot and the young man asked if I needed any prayer? I said; "Always" then he asked if I had any pain and I took a second to answer; My pain is invisible (stupid thing to say) and he asked what drugs? I said yes heroin.. Immediately he started praying a prayer of deliverance. Before I knew it I was squeezing him tightly and he told me to repeat after him. At this point I remember being offended because he was yelling out loud for me "To receive the Holy Spirit!" and I said to myself; ok I'll play along but I thought that I had already received the Holy Spirit when I was saved?? He yelled out maybe 2 or 3 times; "Receive the Holy Spirit!" The other young man who was putting stuff in the trunk of their car was behind me gently helping me lie down to the ground and when I looked up from the ground I saw their faces and it was pure joy. They helped me to my feet and the young man that prayed for me asked me; "How do you feel?" As I held a hand to my chest, all I could say was;"I feel love, I just feel love" All three of us embraced and were crying/laughing... Keep in mind that we were in the middle of a ghetto in SE DC, 2 black men and 1 white man gathered together in a group hug while across the street there were 2 DC police cars and people walking around on 13th and T st. looking for drugs, so it would've been real easy for someone to get the wrong idea. Anyway my point is that our Father and Lord Jesus love YOU so much that they will meet you where you are. The Lord met me in a DC ghetto while I was buying heroin. Before I left I asked them their names and the young man who prayed for me, his name was David and the other man's name was Enoch. David gave me his contact info and the next morning I called him to tell him what the Lord had done. Once I got home from DC that morning, I took that $40 worth of heroin and flushed it. That was July 7,2016. I have not used a drug since that day. Now, 4 months later, I have never been so happy in my life. I start college in January at a Bible Institute and next fall I will be starting at Moody Bible Institute. To anyone reading this, if you do not know Jesus and if you are in the grips of any type of bondage, whether it be drugs, sex, gambling, greed... doesn't matter what it is because it's still bondage, Trust in Jesus, if you don't know how to "Come to Jesus", all it means is that you genuinely drop to your knees and surrender your own will to do His will, just cry out to Him and please believe me, I am telling the truth, you will see your life turn into life. After losing everything in short period of time, my brother being terminally ill, the other one died in a bike accident being knocked down by a car, the last one got stabbed to death, then I became jobless, moved back to my hometown as a loser and got addicted to alcohol. Then 2 years ago I heard this song for the first time on radio while waiting at the train station,. It gave me back hope that tragedy doesn't have to define you. Thanks to my family for being my pillar, and God for being there for me even through difficult times. I'm the living proof that God's mercy over powers everything. 7 years ago today I went into rehab in sacramento get clean from from a huge prescription pill addiction. I was very sick and I only weighed 161 lbs. Two weeks before I was mad at God because some lady got healed from her addiction and I asked God out load why did you heal her and not me? He said, " I can heal her instantly because I am God and I can walk through this with you because I am God, you don't choose." I said to God, "ok I get it." I was actively in my mess and I wanted temporal fix. It has been an incredible journey. I am so.. thankful. Even still today I will go outside and just appreciate the green trees and the listen to the birds sing. I have been blessed with an incredible Dr who has cared for me throughout these past years. I work and serve at the Storehouse,my wife and I lead a block, we go to The Fathers House weekly and to Thursday night prayer, were starting a small group Oct 9th, and our Daughter is at the L.A. Dream Center Leadership Program. Thinking about all of this today I realized something, God still raises people from the dead. Thanks to God, my wife who stood by my side, my kids, DR Christopher Walker, and every one who prayed. Amen

Funny that I bought this album and had been listening to it everyday in my car that everytime this song was playing, I had this image of the people of the cross crossing the sea because of God's willingness and wonders.
