I feel alone. I am alone.
I don't want to be a burden, no one would understand.
Anyway I can handle it. Probably if I shared with them , they would judge me or they will gossip.
If they really know what I do, or how I think they will think I am weird. I will loose the few friends I have. Anyway people are going through worse............
So let me smile, let me do my work, let me do what brought me here. I will talk to myself, I can do it. I can change. I don't want to disappoint them again. I will pray and may be all will be well......

If I am being real, sometimes I still think that way.
But we are not meant to live this life alone. We can share our struggles, challenges, fears,doubts, victories, dreams, hopes...
Most times we try to look for someone to talk to,looking for someone who would get what we are going through.
But the person we need to talk to, is most times the one in the room, or next door, our family, our dad, mom or sibling, our neighbour.
We don't have to do life alone.
Yes , some are not trustworthy, some won't get it but the greater truth is God uses people to reach out to us. A kind word, a smile, hug ,a shoulder to cry on, can make a difference in saving lives.
With prayer and The Holy Spirit we can reach out and speak to each other.
Feeling Alone is the downfall of humanity, I believe. For in times we feel alone, we loose hope and without hope life is meaningless.
So here are two major Questions
1. Are you someone who reaches out to your friends and family? Are you reachable? Are you making yourself reachable?
2. Are you reaching out to somebody or you think you can do it alone?
No man is an island, we need each other.
We are a God's expression of love to each other.
We are not alone. The Holy Spirit is with us and lives with us. Reach out to Him.
Let us reach out to each other too.
