No Man's Sky's Redemption Arc

I have to say that Sean did infact warn that NMS would not be feature complete at release; but people didn't want to hear that and chose to ignore the fact. Other people accuse Sean of overpromising even though some interviewers tried putting words in Sean's mouth and then blamed him for not delivering. I had followed the development for years before release. . . I knew what to expect and even though I too was a little disappointed that the released game did not at least match the first trailer, at that time NMS was the game that was promised. By the time the foundation update arrived, I already invested 700 hours into it. Even today, I still wish for more variation of planets and a more attractive purpose for traveling to the center of the galaxy, but it is what it is. It appears that Hello Games have the same desire and they are working to develop Light No Fire as a result. I must admit I always wanted a new No Man's Sky with Light No Fire style planets. Maybe someday, but undeniably, Hello Games is the only developer who could do it as no other developer is even coming close. Thank you for the quick review of NMS.

I actually really liked the game on release, despite all the negativity surrounding it. But as someone recently coming back after a loooong hiatus, I absolutely LOVE the game!! They've really outdone themselves, and to see that they're still releasing amazing updates is beyond incredible! I makes me so happy to hear stories about their redemption arc and comeback. It's inspiring for my own little hobbies. This game seriously holds a special place in my heart.

Kinda sad I see 0 comment here , it's quite good, the information is clear and the video contain quite a lot for a short time without it being overwhelming , helped by a lot of record of game , game during dev-time , media etc .. Even the sound of the video is good quality. Truly , I am curious to know how your channel will grow

I remember seeing the hype and saying "He's promising too much, they can't possibly satisfy that much hype and expectation, even if they do it all first try, the hype is going to demand more." Then I watched the harsh criticism and I said "I called it, but it's worse than I expected" A year or two later I saw a review revisiting it after multiple updates they said "it finally achieved everything that was promised, but it's only TECHNICALLY complete, it's still boring" I still don't feel any pull to play it myself. just an interest in the ongoing history and the follow through their ambitions.

The username of the person who leaked the footage was Daymeeuhn. He payed $1,250 for a early copy. As far as i can tell nothing ever happened to him and we still don't know who sold him the game.
