I agree with you Barb, that you should trust your instinct. I hope your hand and forearm are okay. For me as an empathic viewer, it's at least less bad than Casio, which is about as much torture for me to watch as shells and motor skills combined are for your hand and arm, but this is definitely in the top two of hacks I am having a hard time watching. And honestly, if I were in your place, I would've hated it so much I wouldn't even have uploaded these, so I'm guessing someone made that decision for you :p I loved the Cletus the slack-jawed yokel song though! You're a great singer and lyrics bullshitter :p I love it! And I think that song pulled me through all the way to the end :) The refresher level was refreshing. That helped as well.

Some unsolicited advice from a pianist: Regarding hand pain, it generally means two things: The first and the second. Thanks for coming to my TED talk. Ok, but seriously it's because you are having unnecessary tension in your hands as you play, probably tensing up fingers that you aren't actually using. And second you may be pressing too hard on the buttons. For the first one it takes some time to fix it, it boils down to being VERY aware of your fingers and whether you're using them or relaxing them. And no it does not fuck with your muscle memory. Muscle memory is always dynamic, not static as some people like to think. Honestly I'd just say that you should stop playing shell hacks and be done with it. BUT the hand pain could start with other kaizo hacks, so if that happens you'll have to fix your tension, otherwise you'll get carpal tunnel/tendonitis.

I feel like shell hacks are somewhat fun to watch if they're not repetitive hence people asking for it but it's a pain to actually play them yourself. With that being said I stick with classic kaizo platforming.
