For the color mixing I use ziploc bags and I use primary colors and white. So one day I may use red, yellow and white and another day I will use blue yellow and white and a different day red blue and white because you can see the many different colors it makes and it doesnt just turn brown. I love the card idea also but I would use larger buttons as they can be a choking hazard. Thanks for the ideas.

For the paint colour mixing, I use a ziplock and it works super well! My daughter is 2 now so she's old enough to open that by herself...but it worked for a while.

We paint outside. Makes clean up easy. Or I give my toddler a large brush and water and we paint the driveway

This is soo helpfull i was buying paint, alot of paint because i didnt know about the water and just colored paper!! Where i live paint is so expensive and they are like 1/4 the size of the one in the video!!

Hi Amy, thank you for the lovely ideas! Your baby is absolutely gorgeous! I have a 17 month old grand daughter and she just discovered that she can draw. I like the collage idea but am a little bit worried that she'll put the little items like buttons in her mouth. She still does that sometimes. The paint colour blending idea is also great to try out.
