Radio Promotion is marketing to Radio Stations and Global Music Marketing hits the entire Smooth Jazz community around the world, including Radio, but also reaches consumers, social media users, streamers, fellow artists, talent buyers, and festival producers.

I love Sandy Shore, heard the name in the early 2000's with involvement in partnership with the Seabreeze Jazz Festival, a staple in the festival and C-Jazz ♬ world! Thanks for keeping our world alive, Smooth Jazz forever! Thanks for sharing/posting, I watched/listened 05/05/2021. Can't wait to start the circuit again post Covid-19.

So many relevant points about how to navigate the business now. Some artists are still gravitating toward the late 20th century model of airplay, charts, and that being enough for audience awareness. A lot of SJ stations don't backannounce songs, much less talk about the artists in a way that connects them with the audience. "charting is not marketing" is big. In the current climate it is a matter of consistency, grassroots connections and building a fanbase from there, and staying top of mind and present via releasing singles and EPs and working your connections, new stuff and catalog via social media. It doesn't work like it used to. Y'all are on the frontlines making artists aware of that.
