hit options on the remote when you load in on your player , go to progression and attributes , if all the numbers / most of the numbers are grey that means your build the max it can be rn, your gonna have to play online games , mycareer , park, rec , galleon or any mode on your build and the more you play the higher it’ll let you upgrade
