supabase_flutter already supports this and uses custom scheme for it. I guess firebase also supports this

They do but they are deprecating the Deep Link from firebase

The flutter devtool doesn't directly fix Firebase passwordless (Email Link) authentication issues. It helps you validate and troubleshoot the app setup of your flutter project and your domain setup(like asset link json file). If your issue is specifically within the firebase setup, then this tool cannot identify that.

Hi Flutter team, Thanks for the great suppot. I have a question. I followed all your steps like added code into Manifest file, upload assets.json file into the domain. In old devices deeplinking is working fine. in Android 12+ deep linking is not working. When I chekced it the is not added in the App Settings like I have "0 verified links". and I manually add the link then deep links worked. So can you please tell me when the deep link would be automatically in the app setting?

You are right! You can obtain the assetlinks.json file from the Google Play Console. Additionally, Flutter devtools also offer a similar feature to generate this file, allowing developers to test deep linking even in the early stages of development, before the app is released via the Play Console. By the way, Flutter devtool also allows you to use local fingerprints.
