Please, I would like clarification on IU's fee policy, as I understood that there are no hidden fees, no registration or administration fees are charged during application, and I would only be charged for tuition and registration fee of €1,500 once my studies have started.

Yes, no hidden fees. Everything will be there on the contract. You have other fees but it will be mentioned on the contract. Nothing hidden

For University it might not be needed. But for VISA it's a must. So anyhow you have to get an APS certificate.
