Elicia thanks to you talking about eating healthy in a sustainable/ manageable way, I’ve started having Greek yoghurt with granola and chocolate chips for breakfast . And some fruit: I’ve realised that eating healthy first thing defo makes me make better choices later in the day: but if I have a sugary breakfast, I tend to eat badly the rest of the day. I’ve defo become more mindful thanks to you ❤

I don’t think I would ever make steady content since it’s such a small part of my life and honestly it’s very very simple and boring 🤣 I really just sit down and do it whenever I can throughout my week!! it’s also post grad work, I’m not in “school school” like that anymore so maybe that’s why it’s not such a huge part of my life and I’m almost done this course! 🤍🤍
