This is so beautiful and calming. It makes me forget about all my stress and problems and it helps me sleep so good at night. God really did a good job with nature. I just came back for a trip to Bermuda and on the beach there was a shallow swimming area and the sounds were great i would of recorded it if there was ent so many little kids screaming and splashing in the background
