This teaching points to something that doesn’t get spoken of that often. The quaking from subtle body ego clinging. I often feel this and the release when it dissolves usually on its own from just quieting down during sitting practice. I also heard Ajahn Amaro also speak to this point when studying with him years ago at Naropa in Boulder thanks 🙏
