I think that the only way to balance out transformed dragon is to increase the cooldowns a lot because otherwise the spam is gonna go way harder than kitsune/leopard (especially with ghoul v4)

I fought a West Dragon user while I was using Flame, specifically I was using Flame, Dragon Talon, Kabucha, Dragon Trident, Pale Scarf, and Mink.
