I’ve had acne for a long time. It’s a bit of an unusual story: Literally it was my hairdresser who solved my problem. She told me about the best dermatologist in the country and recommended me to visit him. I’ve listened to every advice, I’ve asked everything I wanted to know and I’ve even paid for that but it was worth it. My health is worth more than money, just like everyone else’s. I still have acne from time to time but it was only like three of them in the last 2 years, while before the therapy I’ve had like a bunch of them in only one month. Since cutting milk and dairy products out of my diet, things are much better, I eat honey instead of sugar and fruit instead of sweets. In addition, I also do more sports than before and for me personally it is a great stress buster. I had the same problem so I understand you. Just don't give up!

My little brother who is in his late teens has the exact same situation, but he is much better than me becausr not even for a moment does he talk about it or show concern about it. He just lives his life. And when you talk to a person like that the acne disappears from youf mind, and it has zero bearing on how you feel about the person. People, it's the inside that shines the most... truly. You have to believe this! Imagine the girl free, her genuine self, and with a big, friendly, loving smile. After taking accutane twice for 6 months, it always came back after about a year. And then i had kidney and liver problems. Antibiotics and vitamins (zinc, A, C) helped fir only a month. I stopped putting ointments after my teenage years because as an adult I'm not gonna look like a foul every night next to my girlfriend and the problem is from the inside. I tried all types of diets, vegan, etc, but only keto diet helped, and it only took 2 weeks, so after 15 years of severe acne and nothing helped, eating 1 garlic in the morning on empty stomach, keto, water with lemon a day, and that's it, i'm finally healed, and i can even eat dairy sometimes or drink beer.

as a person who is healing from acne, I want to tell you guys that it changes you hugely, it hurts, you get stressed insecure and all that because we know that something is happening to us, acne is like a visible illness, but if you choose to take care yourself and your health inside out you will be healthier and happier even with the pimples on your face, we are not alone, but I want you to know that pimples doesn’t describe how beautiful you are, and instead of overthinking you must take care of you by doing habits which helps you to reduce stress, sleep and eat healthy and not only with skin care products, and that is the only thing that we can invest our time in, instead of destroying ourselves by overthinking, it takes me time and I keep on doing it(I am more calm know because I am taking care of myself and it’s just part of the teenagers hormones) and I know for sure that some day this will be just a memory.

I am 44 & I had acne from ages 12 - 42. Been to countless doctors & dermatologists. In my 30's I started asking for food allergy & hormonal testing. I was constantly denied the testing because they could "guarantee it is not hormonal or a food allergy." When I turned 40, I once again asked for testing because I WANT TO FIND OUT WHY I have this & get rid of it!!! I was once again denied, so I really started researching for myself. One thing I found was that a wheat allergy can cause acne. It makes me really bloated when I eat it, so I thought, maybe?? Quit eating wheat & I haven't had acne for 2 years now. My skin didn't even look this clear while they had me on antibiotics & creams 🙄

I’m so glad you listened to the signs your body was telling you! So often doctors focus on treating the symptoms rather than finding and treating the cause of the symptoms. Sometimes the cause of symptoms can be treated in the simplest way.

@JessicaL.White_ I feel like more often than not, doctors just treat symptoms rather than find the cause. It's sad, really.

Let me just tell u something, not for the girl for you! I have been dealing with acne for almost 3 years straight. Yes PEOPLE say it’s gets better, grow up, it’s apart of you of what so ever, but no one, literally no one has ever told me, your still you, you are still beautiful, it’s OK to have it. No one ever told that to me or does. I have to come on to social media and find a video like this one, to tell me that it’s ok to have acne or pimple or what so ever. Because no one made the time to just sit and listen, but this video is so, so heartfull, beautiful, kind and precious. Thank you 🙏❤️

life update i used Accutane for acne and it healed my acne for some time and gave me life long digestion issues and i am gonna soon die for this medication ruined my health 😭😭😭😭😭 some one please help me how to reverse the Accutane serious side effect like i have
@JohnSignoreli5 ай бұрын
@@dakuxhunterorsongoku5255 wow I'm so sorry for that, I remember when I was 17 I took accutane for like a week and the side effects scared me so much that I threw the pills away... honestly it is highly possible for you to heal your gut, try eating more whole foods and stay away from processed foods and refined sugar for a while and also take alot of probiotics like kefir water, sourkrout and yoghurt. to make it easier on your digestive system you can soak your grains overnight for easier digestion, things like oats or brown rice and beans....

@@dakuxhunterorsongoku5255 And the quickest way to heal your entire body and rejuvenate body cells is though FASTING, you can do more research on this and mybe you can try 1 day water fasting then build tolerance and go to 3 days, 5 days , 7 etc FASTING WILL COMPLETELY HEAL YOUR BODY. you gonna be fine

I had horrible acne for years because of genes, I tried a lot of acne medicines but nothing worked. In the beginning of this year I went to the dermatologist and she prescribed me Tetralysal (Antibiotics). Now my acne is all gone and I am SO RELIEVED!

I healed my acne by using truth treatment system acne supplements. It’s a vitamin blend of Vitamin A, dandelion herbs, milk thistle, and many more. Also you could be struggling with a gut problem. Take collagen or colostrum from ARMRA to repair your gut and this will also heal your cystic acne. Cut out canola oil, bioengineered food, and wheat. Also filter the water you drink, cook, and shower. Hope this helps someone.

I have had chronic acne since I was 12, finally cleared up once I started contraception pills. I stopped taking the pill for a few years and the breakouts came back, amongst other weird things. Turns out I have PCOS, a hormonal disorder. Back on the pill and my skin is as clear as ever. Sometimes there are things that are just out of our control, but it does get better once you get to the bottom of what causes it ❤

Girl you are beautiful, he is totally right. I do not have acne but skin picking disorder. So from time to time my face looked similar to hers. I still am picking but now it is less my face than my back. I have lots of big scars all over my back. But I am glad, that I am not doing it that much on my face anymore. And luckily in my face the scars are not that visible.
