A few things because this has come up before: Anybody who creates a game and puts up a challenge has to prove they beat it. There is usually a reward offered. And there's no way to prove the player didn't use rewind or save states. In short, the game is rigged with zero incentive and there's already hundreds of existing challenges. You want a challenge? Play silver surfer on nes, use all the save states you want.
