I'm in Canada and our small town has a dress shop that sells a lot of Sympli, Joseph Ribkoff and Tribal. All very good quality. I bought a Ribkoff dress there when my son got married. I found some really blingy distressed jeans that sold really fast on posh.

John Mark! I call it the poor woman’s Johnny Was! One of those listings was mine and it shipped today, April 3rd. I also just bought TWO for myself. Both are in the backseat as we are driving back from Vegas. I wore the one JM there. My daughter shipped my sales while I was gone. Anyway, even the one I sold was one I bought that didn’t fit. I’ve sold Michael Simon- I THINK- or I have one in my profit pile. I also don’t sell a lot of women’s because I love vintage hard goods. I do tend to pick of men’s a lot . I’m trying to focus on clothes. Way cheaper and easier to ship versus boxes and bubble wrap. I didn’t know about most of the others! Great tip.

Definitely has the JW vibe!!

These are ALL good brands to sell depending on the style, especially if you can get them for cheap. I’ve sold Jamie Sadock and John Mark quite a few times. The brighter, funkier Jamie Sadock in larger sizes does well and the embroidered John Mark does better than the plain stuff. Thank you for your insight.

Awesome! Just found John Mark right after I made the video. Who knows what I’ve missed lol.

All new to me, I mainly sell mens clothes, less to look through 😊. Although recently I checked out a new womens rack at the thrift store and picked up a Marine Layer sweater and it sold in 2 days. It was an Alpaca blend wool and a very bold print and sold for $50

Oh Marine Layer is sweet!

If you sold a listing super fast, chances are you underpriced it

I used to sell a lot of Michael Simon until prices dropped. Didnt know they went back up. The MS Lite means its not a sweater knit with design woven in, its a tee shirt knit thats appliqued. For the most part clothing is expensive here, at the lowest, $7 each, and thrift stores know name brands so easily $20+. I cant buy something at $10 and sell for $20, not worth my time sourcing or listing. If I can hit a big sale or fill a bag then I might be more tempted. I mainly stick with the higher end pieces... any of the lagenlook labels, Bryn Walker, Johnny Was, Citron Santa Monica (if you find plus sizes in this they can sell overnight), Eileen Fisher (some), etc. I try to sell mostly plus sizes, especially Eileen Fisher. Its one brand thats marked up pretty high here. One thrift marks half the retail prices! Ive found it on clearance at Macys for better pricing than theift stores, seriously!

Yeah definitely hard when thrifts mark clothing up. One store here does $1 on Sundays for anything marked $9 and lower. Except for certain brands that get marked with a different color tag. I can find some of these under the radar brands that way

"Sometimes that's a sign of..." (1227) but you didn't finish your sentence? on the brand, Jamie Sadock, you were looking at that, at first you didn't think they had their items priced. I wondered what the rest of your sentence would have been?
@pishposhreselling9 ай бұрын
Oh when a website doesn’t show prices easily sometimes it’s a sign they are VERY expensive. Like if you have to ask the price you can’t afford it lol. Not the case here 😊

I sold a solid colored Michael Simon with rhinestone trim in less than a week. Just listed a Sympli tunic yesterday. Hoping for a quick sale on it.

Simpli is new to me. 😊 Wow on the Michael Simon. I have sold these in the past and they were good but looks like the price has skyrocketed on the epic pieces. 😍

I would have to check the STR on each style in all of those brands. Very low on every brand. Too low for me. Most had prices that are below the sales price I look for. I enjoy your videos but it was obvious that you were winging it on this one. I look forward to a well researched belt video.
@leahscott63479 ай бұрын
What’s your eBay store? Would love to check it some of your amazing stuff.
@pishposhreselling9 ай бұрын
Yeah it was interesting to see the low STR on brands that I have no problem selling. And that’s perfect! I always tell people even in the niche research videos I make to consider your own threshold for value and STR. The point on all the videos is to consider stuff you may never have thought of to flip. Especially if you don’t have access to better items. I’m happy for you that you do. 👍🏻
