You're not going to love anything that is difficult or uncomfortable. I still don't love talking to people. You might think I enjoy it, but I'd rather be relaxed and low-key.
In my business, especially in sales, I engage with people to develop leaders and scale the company. It's necessary but not enjoyable. Successful people often prefer solitude to relax and recharge.
Reaching the next level, making money, and growing leaders aren't things you love. It's about discipline. You love your kids, but not the hard tasks like changing diapers. Success is about commitment, not enjoyment.
