In fact, many famous rock bands do not have as many views in decades as XG did in 2 years. For an independently produced project, these are already fantastic numbers. A constant fan base is important here, because they earn more from live performances, I don’t think that views on KZbin are a serious source of income for them. Although sometimes it’s a shame when the most generic tracks of some K-pop stars released at the same time gain 60 million in a few days. And some reactors pretend that these are simply incredible tracks. But there’s nothing to be done, the music industry is like that.

As much as I like kpop (Blackpink being my introduction to the genre & Asian music industry, almost 3 y ago), how could I compare Babymonster's recent "Click Clack" (since it's supposedly a rap song, both groups being in the same age range, both incredibly talented & high-tier in vocals & dance skills) to Woke UP & Howling... It's simply on another lvl , like comparing Eminem to MGK 🤣. I might be wrong on this, but I heard that the howling in this song was inspired by the Alphaz howling at their live shows. True or not, this is just crazy good. It's got a primal feel then breaks into that beautiful and haunting chorus. I think this is the best so far, followed by Is this Love. They just keep getting better and better. Don't bother too much about the views cause there are things called 'Farms' done by the fans (collabing with multi-stans/company-stans) and hired bots. At best, XG is consistent with an average of 150K views on the day of their video releases. That's good enough and comparable to older K-pop artists SOLO YT channels/segments (averaging about 70k). Their views are as organic as they can be. I hope by the 3rd year(2025) they'll surpass that view count even more. Don't fret nor compare their view counts with other k-pop groups and companies, cause XGALX doesn't entirely follow the Korean companies' strategy. It's more Japanese-western style. At least they'll have a more realistic viewpoint on how much they need to spend for fans, unlike other k-companies who buys too large venues and not knowing the real number of real fans. it's all about low risk, high yield investments. In turn, higher quality albums, MVs, merch and stages ❤❤ I really hope XGALX improves on the fan meet part cause the Korean way of fan meeting is just like giving a glimpse of them. The only advantage is seeing them physically there, and up close. A little bit of conversation wouldn't hurt and might even improve the members ability to converse naturally in English (Yes, fan meet or send aways in international tours is what I meant).

I am 100% sure that XG decided to pay homage to Miyazaki Hayao San, and Studio Ghibli in this video, I bet they had a meeting and talked about where they have seen wolves in their lives, and Mononoke hime (Princess Mononoke) is full of white female wolves. Mononoke Princess is about a young woman of the forest that fights to protect the balance of nature from the destruction of mankind. Throughout the video Jurin represents Mononoke hime. The QR code (invented in japan) is dissolved and Mononoke Princess (nature princess) is revealed underneath. The brown monsters with red eyes are also represented in the anime. The dragon in front of the full moon might be from Spirited Away, dragons in japan are believed to be the benefactors and protectors of mankind. In old Japan there was a belief that the souls of people alive or dead could take the form of a butterfly. Therefore any butterfly that entered a house was treated respectfully. Mermaids are actually also a japanese thing within shinto folklore a creature called Ningyo is a person with half human half fish. They represent harmony. The mermaid idea in Japan might stem from early books imported from Holland, about european sailors seeing mermaids at sea. In the end, the nature princess touches the ground and everything turns green and full of flours, In the anime Mononoke hime the huge deer spirit of the forest does the exact same thing, everything it touched blooms.

@@fatoumattabintasowe1380 Ummm, yes. Maya is completely fluent in English, so it's very easy for her to rap in English. It is extremely hard to rap when it is not your native tongue. So Maya gets the lines where the rap is more complex. But you have your opinion and I have mine and not going to go back and froth on that subject when BOTH girls are amazing and talented.

@@oozyxae7867 Yeah I was thinking about that today and I agree. I know as long as she is with a group, we won't see her full range. Just sucks because we saw a glimpse of it in the documentary but yet to see it after their debut.
