You made a good point. I've personally pass by a few known actors within a few feet of me. But never went over to greet them. Because I didn't want to offend or violate their space and privacy as a person. I felt that he or she wanted to be left alone so they can breath and not be stressed anymore. Due to the Paparazzi and media attention. So I respectfully gave them their space and kept walking.
