[No-Oven, No-Knead] Crunchy Pineapple Bread Pie Recipe [Subtitles] HNC Kitchen

Pineapple Pie is usually baked in a big pan and covered with pastry crust. Now I make a small version of pie made with sandwich bread as the crust which is easy to make and more fun to enjoy as a finger food :D
The ingredients are:
115ml water (½ cup)
85g pineapples (for making juice)
4½ tbsp corn starch
37g sugar (3 tbsp)
230g diced pineapples
White sandwich bread
Egg wash
Bread crumbs
15g all purpose flour (2 tbsp)
25g water (1 tbsp + 2 tsp)
