This is a recipe how to bake a soft and delicious souffle cheese cake in a pan without an oven.

Ingredients :
1. 1 Egg
2. 60 g of cream cheese
3. 10g of melted butter or vegetable oil
4. 40g of warm milk
5. 20g of corn starch
- Please read the below when you bake it -
1) A cast iron pan or a pan/pot with a thick bottom is good for a pan that touches heat, but if you don't have one, you can use other available pan/pot.
2) You can use a nonstick pan or pot for the cake mold. Since it is 1 egg, it is better to use small one. (I use 15 cm diameter)
3) Put a little water on the pan and place the cake pan on it. Without water, the bottom is easily burnt.
4) Cover the cake with a lid. If there is a hole in lid, cover it, too. If you have the transparent lid, it will be easy to check how much the cake is cooked.
5) Cook slowly over low heat to get the fluffy texture.
6) Do not open the lid until it is almost done.
7) If there is still water in the pan after about 40 minutes of cooking, wipe it out. Otherwise, the cake will get too wet. Be sure to keep an eyes on it after the pan is dried.
8) Bake 10 to 20 minutes more to dry the bottom.
9) Because the heat condition is varies, the time needs to be adjusted.
10) Even if it is less than 40 minutes, if you smell the baked cake, it means it
is cooked a lot. Open the lid slightly and check if the top is cooked.
11) When the top is almost baked, open the lid and wipe out the water under the lid.
12) Bake for 5-10 minutes more to let it dry.
13) When you touch the top of the cake and nothing comes out, it means it is done.
