the ingredients
200 ml of warm water
200 ml of warm milk
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 pack (7g) of dry yeast
2 tablespoons of oil
500-600 g of flour (The amount of flour depends on its quality.Add flour in control)
1 teaspoon salt
1 clove of garlic
Half teaspoon of salt
2 heaping tablespoons of tomato paste
1 tablespoon olive oil
Half a teaspoon of thyme
A pinch of dry basil
1-2 tablespoons of water
Sausage or sucuk or bacon
half red pepper
Olive
grated cheddar or mozzarella

The glass size I use: 200 ml standard water glass.
