Hi Steph I am glad you got a couple of easy palettes to start with (helps with motivation and guarantees roll outs for next update video 😂). I think the comments about having one veto are sensible as well, because you use your palettes in a very seasonal way and for example getting all bright colours would be very difficult for you. The wheel is unlikely to be as kind every time 😂. Just a thought. Best of luck x

Ahhhh, the wheel was so kind to you this month! I say you get to veto one spin each month without any justification needed (does not include palettes that directly compete with another project). I am excited to see your progress in this project! I can't believe the Chocolate Martini 😱 I almost decluttered it, did a look with it and fell in love with it. Hope you fall back in love with it too (but totally understand if you don't).

I love this series! It's inspired me to do something similar with my own palettes, except since I have fewer than 10 palettes I'm trying to use each shadow in my collection ten times. I feel like lots of new palettes look very similar to others that have been out for a while. It's also going to take something special to pull me away from my Bella Beaute Bar and Unearthly Halloween 2023 palettes

You could randomize 2-3 of your 5 and then pick palettes that you want to either pair or keep it easy depending on what else you have going on.

Im not doing it as a project, more as a relaxed series like Hailey. Currently I'm working on BH Cosmetics and Mac, of which I have 12 and 3 respectively. That will probably take me the whole year because I'm also panning 2 palettes and rotating my singles every couple of months.

I did NPLB last year and i did it in quarterly updates but i did not have focus palettes. I just used whatever in my collection and i did complete all my palettes by dec 20ish which was so exciting!! looking back… i should have formatted the videos differently but i am not doing it again this year 😂 i personally am not a fan in practice…. love the idea in theory tho!

Gorgeous eye look and yay for the the one that is neglected rolling in now as it will be a good test. Question: do you track uses in other palettes too so that when you roll them into your NPLB, some of the shades may already be completed? Gorgeous palettes and awesome picks! ❤❤You’ve definitely inspired me and I’ve decided to do a “challenge” myself. My goal is to use at least 2 palettes a week and do 2 looks with each palette (I just finished with my 5th palette, the Theresa is Lethal). Although I know I can double the usage if I only do 1 look per palette, but i want to do at least 2 looks so I can get reacquainted with them and to see if I still like them or can I let them go.😊 Before bringing in 3 new palettes from the Glamlite New Years sale (I finally got the Rick and Morty, Garfield and Ghost Face Returns), my # was under 50, and now it’s 51 or 52. I have a few palettes that are so incredibly old that I’m keeping them as a keepsake (ABH Master by Mario, Viseart Theory Palette in Minx, ABH Soft Glam and 2 ABH Jackie Aina palettes), but when I get to those, I don’t think I should even actually use them, minus the Jackie Aina palette because one of them is brand new and untouched.😅😅
