Being without a mobile phone is a very big challenge and useful at the same time, here in Sweden there are many younger people who don't know what it's like to be without a phone and if some young people are without their phone, they panic. I myself look forward to being without my phone at least one day a week

My family has one day a week where none of us go on our phones (at least we're not supposed to XD) unless absolutely necessary. I highly recommend! It's really nice to just be completely free of its hold every once in a while and be able to actually be engaged with the world around us and do the things that we wouldn't normally do with our phones around
