No pound fufu using fresh cassava and plantain. My honest opinion.

pounding fufu the Ghanaian traditional way can be such a task. I have tried a number of no pound fufu method and this is my opinion trying fresh cassava and plantain.

Cassava and plantain are very very expensive. I tried this method some months ago, na the result I regretted wasting my money. Now may be,you added enough Cassava this time around. And I am a little surprised you didn't smell Cassava. That is why the family didn't enjoy yi hahaha

The first time I try I didn’t get it right because I added more water but as you said little water makes it perfect Look like the transitional one

No ooo.....it becomes hard after some time eh lol.......for the different smell, it really does! But since my people didn't like it that much it's not going to be my go to😔
