Such wonderful roads and seeing them with the on coming traffic reminds me how narrow the roads are! Reminds me of some roads in the English countryside like the Peak District! Eventually I got use to them and didn’t think about it. I’m surprised by how much grief people give you about your beach bars! I agree with the Canadian statement, “it’s your bike”! My first Road King (2006) came with those bars, but I ended switching to apes because I’m 6’1” and the beach bars were just too low for me. Each bike is a personal choice and you should go with whatever you like. The only thing that should matter is safety then comfort and lastly style. Again I must thank you both for your wonderful videos they truly are the best out there!

I’ve ridden many of these passes over the years with my wife so thank you so much for sharing and bringing the memories flooding back. We think Switzerland is probably our favourite touring destination in Western Europe but have toured many other parts too. If you are looking for somewhere fun to go next year, why not try the ‘Nursery Rhyme Route’ and/or the ‘Romantic Route’ in Germany - I think you’d thoroughly enjoy it and it’ll make for a great vlog series!! Wow, what a coincidence, I was in Thun today..., got home, see this upload and notice you've ridden some of the roads in and around Thun where I was just riding. I even stopped for petrol but at the next staition up from where you were. Between Lucerne and Thun, amongst those green rolling hills, that's Emmental, and my backyard so to speak, and it's where I enjoying riding most, so you can understand how much I enjoyed watching you on my laptop, riding "my roads", from the comfort of my armchair. Please never let this series end, even if it means doing the whole trip the reverse way..., which incidentally looks a different route when going up the downs and down the ups. Riding those roads will definitely make you a better rider than when you started. Watching you two, there should be no question as to the caliber of your skills. I’ve got over 150,000 miles riding in my life now, and you both are much better riders than me. I would love to ride those roads. I think my phobia of heights and those drop offs would hinder me in a group like that. Thank you for another great, inspiring, and artistic video. Beautiful film. That V-twin rumble is the perfect soundtrack. Didn't realise your bars were controversial, they look fine to me. I have a friend retiring to Northern Italy next year, I'm going to visit him and take in Switzerland en route. It won't be a Harley trip, it's a BMW R1250RT, but with a similar upright riding position I can enjoy the views. Safe journey!

You make great videos . Nevertheless on a daily basis I feel better in my Alps on a Kawasaki Versys 1000. Not even a GS is that easy on the steep coners .And most of all , very soon all our bikes will be checked . So high levels of sound will be like in germany a total no go ... I would have loved to ride a Harley . Unfortunately i am much too tall ...

So at the beginning of vid, in slow motion you show a harley with a side car. it looks to be a modern softail with 5 speed tranny, but the bottom end of motor looks like a generator case with evo cylinders, and panhead rocker covers, What is the story on this bike?, inquiring minds and all that.
