No Rest for the Wicked - How to unlock all inventory slots early and make money quick

Inventory management is a pain in No Rest for the Wicked. In this video I will show you a method to farm the material needed to unlock all inventory and equipment slots very early in the game, making a great amount of money in the process. And you can do this in an hour.

MUCH FASTER WAY: Stop before you interact with the Watcher and wait around 10-15 minutes for the game to make a realm backup save. Then interact with him and upgrade your inventory, drop back to the title screen and load the new realm backup. Repeat until you've unlocked the entire inventory. Took only 5 minutes to unlock all slots once the realm backup save was there.

wait 10 mins after killing the first boss before picking up the reward. You will be able to collect them again and again when you come back to the backup.

Awesome tips. Made my game so much better and enjoyable. The only thing that I would add, although obvious, is that after doing the upgrade in the second Realm, you can reload your first one and continue from where you were.

You can also find a save after crafting a bunch of ignots. Keep going back to that save and you will be able to collect them from the furnace over and over again

Just got a legendary Corpse Smeared Blade 2 handed great sword on my 3rd boss fight. that alone was worth doing this method. thanks dude

Pro tip: After you got your first upgrade, walk around back down to the bounty vendor and get the weekly bounty 'Within Our Walls'. Run to the War Room and kill the enemy there for a quick Ichor and slot upgrade. You don't need to run back up to turn it in because they will stack in your inventory. Optional: every time you run past Grinnich check his inventory for clay, you need heaps for upgrading the town vendors.

But it’s a glitch that brake all gameplay and framing from the game. You shouldn’t use it and promote it. Hope they will fix it soon.

I created new realm and after prolouge my character lost all ITEMS , I lost every single thing i had in inventory without any chance of getting it back , because character is saved separately

Mine auto saved at the bottom of the tower right before you're given the ichor meaning I could just keep reloading and get full inventory. You can always intentionally hit the blue orb thing in the town before going to that tower also right? Don't those create a save? If not, I'm certain selling/buying inventory does. You can intentionally trigger a save before the tower and skip doing the fight before each ichor if you're not interested in the sword.

I wouldn't say it's a glitch given that Realm is a feature developer put in. And reaching max level with this method will be difficult, the experience required is high. You better off farm late game content.

Does this work with second boss where he drop the vial for unlocking the slots?

Should be, haven't tested myself but you can absolutely farm the second boss weapon with this method. As to Plague Ichor, the first boss is more efficient in terms of how easy it is to reach and defeat him.

​@nixzxin also before quitting to main menu you should pick up the weekly bounty to kill the war room boss for an extra inventory slot potion and 2 silver

Yes, you can go back and start where you left of.

Would rather they just removed the limitations on resources atleast, all ready finished the campaign of the game and have no interest in continueing to farm to do the guantlets with how the game is currently

you dont ruin the game with more inv- slots haha, you would ruin it, if you overlevel or get mega inventory / money, but only slots, do nothing but QoL
